TAIM WESER designed, manufactured and supplied the bulk material handling system for OCP Sidi Chennane’s extraction area, inside Khouribga and Mea production zones.
The projects scope of supply included 3 bucketwheel reclaimer machines with 2.800 tph of capacity and 50 m boom length, the belt conveying system, 8.000 m length, designed in 2 flights, as well as other ancillary equipment.
The Challenge Achieved
TAIM WESER has been present since early 90’s in several OCP projects for the conveying and handling of phosphate, as the one for Youssoufia washery plant, where TAIM WESER supplied a phosphate conveying system and a waste tailings system, equipped with a stacker and a bucketwheel reclaimer machines. Another project was performed at El Wafi plant, where TAIM WESER supplied an overland conveyor system, designed in 5 flights, with 22 km length and 2.800 tph of capacity, connecting Sidi Chennane and El Wafi stockyards.
